Terms & Conditions for returns

We have a 14-day return policy for refunds and a 28 day return policy for exchanges, meaning anything after this period cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase should any complications happen.

Please note: Shipping fees for refunds will be at the expense of the customer, exchanges fees will be covered by us unless the item being returned is not the same as your order or appears to be damaged.

Christmas return policy

Any items purchased between 1st December 2026 and 24th December 2026 can be returned up until the 14th January 2027.

Damages and courier issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If for some reason the courier fails to fulfil their processes and an item becomes lost or stolen, an investigation will need to be fully closed taking up to 28 days. We do ask that customers fill out and sign our missing parcel form to be submitted in evidence to the couriers investigation.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for refund on sale items or gift cards, but we will accept exchanges.

Cancellations

Once you have placed an order and fully checked out, your purchase cannot be cancelled. From this point, you will need to follow the return instructions.
