Our courier is Royal mail, please look out for email notifications from their system with tracking and shipping updates. On release weeks, please allow 1-2 extra days due to a high volume of orders.
Worldwide shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We have a 14-day return policy for refunds and a 28 day return policy for exchanges, meaning anything after this period cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase should any complications happen.
Please note: Shipping fees for refunds will be at the expense of the customer, exchanges fees will be covered by us unless the item being returned is not the same as your order or appears to be damaged.
